Pre-purchase Instructions
“Blind box”: means that customers cannot identify which exact figurine of the series that they purchase before opening it.
A regular figure will be replaced if the secret figure appears in the whole set.
NUMBER OF FIGURINES IN EACH SERIES VARIES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY PURCHASE OF A BLIND BOX WILL CONTAIN THE SECRET FIGURINE. WE ALSO CANNOT GUARANTEE THE EXACT FIGURINE OF THE SERIES THAT WILL BE MAILED TO YOU, AND THE FIGURINES THAT YOU RECEIVE ARE RANDOM.
Customers MUST carefully choose which product or series of Blind boxes they wish to purchase. We do not offer any refund or exchange because of a change of mind on your purchase.
Fees&Taxes
(1). Customers shall bear the tariffs and value-added tax incurred in the destination country.
(2). Notice: If the parcel is returned because the receiver refuses to pay tax fee, we will have to deduct the shipping fee, returning fee and other related fees when we apply for a refund for you.
Cancel&Change Address
(1).We do not accept any cancel request after fulfillment
(2).We do not accept any change of shipping address after fulfillment
(3).MEGA COLLECTION products are excluded from promotions and events; If there is no quality issue for the products, we will not accept any cancellation request after the order is placed. Please place orders with caution.
After-sales service Period
For defective products purchased from popmart.com, please contact Customer Service at admin@labubu.asia within five (5) working days from the date of delivery.
For information security, please kindly contact us with the email that you used to place order. The Customer Support Representative will contact you and support you to solve the problems.
To avoid any dispute in respect of a refund of exchange, customers are encouraged to: Video record themselves opening the blind box, the day of which must be no more than 2 working days from the date of delivery.
The shipping sheet and the parcel condition should be clearly included in that video.
After-sales service Types
Defects
Blind box goods are art toys limited by existing technology and handmade participation in craft production.
Minor defects such as uneven coloring, slight scratches, paint drops or bubbles are normal; if there are serious defects, you can apply for after-sale service admin@labubu.asia with the related order number and the pictures of the related figure within five (5) working days after receiving your goods.
Card&Accessorries
If the card inside the Blind box does not match with the figurine, we will supplement the corresponding card according to the piece, and the original card will be taken back.
Duplicate figures
If you buy a whole box and it has a duplicate, the missing regular figure will be provided and the duplicated figurine will be taken back
Hidden Figure Exchange
For products purchased from popmart.com, you get a hidden figure redeem card. Please contact our customer service support@popmart.com with the order number and pictures of the related card.
MEGA 1000%
For MEGA 1000% items, please kindly also provide the identity IDs of the related products when you reach out to customer service.
Limited Edition Products
The after-sales rules of Limited Edition Products shall be subject to the specific notice of event publicity. Return and Refund Cross-border goods do not support no reason return and exchange Refund Period is 3-7 business days calculated from refund date

For goods that meet the return requirements:
(1) They need to be sent back to the specified address together with the related gifts. (The shipping fee should be paid by buyer first) (2) The seller will provide a coupon with the same amount according to payment proof of returning fee and the returning tracking number. (3) The refund will be processed within 48 hours after receiving the returned package.
5.If the parcel is returned because the receiver refuses to pay tax fee, we will have to deduct the shipping fee, returning fee and other related fees when we apply for a refund for you.
FAQ
Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?
An order could only be cancelled before its shipment. Once the parcel is shipped, the order is irreversible and cannot be cancelled.

What if the item I received is damaged?
For this situation, please kindly reach us admin@labubu.asia with the related order number and the pictures or unpacking video of the related products within Five (5) WORKING DAYS from the date of delivery.
